At Hot Water SA, we strive to provide our South Australian customers with a range of payment options to make hot water services more accessible. We offer cash, credit card, and ZipMoney Buy Now Pay Later services, each with their own refund policy.
Cash and Credit Card Purchase Refund Policy
If you have purchased a hot water service through cash or credit card, we are unable to offer refunds on installed products. Please note that this policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law. However, if you have purchased a product but have not yet had it installed, you may be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned to us in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a refund.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Once we receive the returned product, we will assess its condition and issue a refund if it meets the above criteria. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the product being returned.
ZipMoney Buy Now Pay Later Refund Policy
If you have purchased a hot water service through our ZipMoney Buy Now Pay Later service but have not yet had it installed, you may be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned to us in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a refund.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for products that have already been installed. This includes any hot water services that we have installed in your home or business. We strongly recommend that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding with installation.
Warranty Claims
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault or is found to be defective, we will honor all warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
